Ruth Clema Snell, 75, passed away on Wednesday, June 26, 2024, at Liza's Place - Valley Hospice Care South in Wheeling, WV.
She was born June 4, 1949 in Bellaire, OH a daughter of the late James and Viola Russell Snell.
Ruth was a minister at the Tree of Life Church in Martins Ferry, OH, where her kindness and guidance touched the lives of many.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Georgeanne Morris and Janet Spencer and brothers, James and Mike Snell.
Surviving are her sons David Youngblood Snell and James Youngblood; step-children, Jacqueline Youngblood Rozier, Andrea Adams, Nedra Edwards, Tina Edwards and Russell Edwards; brother, Tony Snell; 9 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren and numerous cousins and family members.
There will be a celebration of life at 12:00pm on Sunday, July 7, 2024 at the Tree of Life Church, 801 Virginia Street, Martins Ferry, OH 43935.
