Guy Bates, Jr., born on March 15, 1965, in Bellaire, Ohio, passed away on August 16, 2024, in Martins Ferry, Ohio, at the age of 59.
He was preceded in death by his father, Guy Bates, Sr., and his sister, Missy Carringan.
He is survived by his two sons, Derek Bates and Guy Bates, as well as his siblings, Rick Bates, Tina Moncer and her husband Raymond, Shirley Early, and Barb Miller. He also leaves behind his cherished grandchildren, Hayden and Maisen Bates.
Guy Bates, Jr. will be remembered fondly by his family and friends.
