Kenneth "Ken" Scott, passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side after a brief illness on August 16, 2024, at the age of 76.
Born on April 16, 1948, in East Liverpool of Kenneth D. and Ruth Scott. He graduated from East Liverpool High School. He then enlisted in the Navy where he served two tours in Vietnam U.S. Navy Seabees, earning him a Purple Heart. He was a proud and committed veteran. His dedication to his country extended through his active participation in the Disabled American Veterans organization. He was a member of the American Legion Post 557 in Wintersville. He was a member of the Tri-State Burial Group whom he took great honor in being a part of to continue to honor his fellow veterans with the dignity and respect that they earned and deserved.
He was a dedicated and hardworking man, serving as a Construction Superintendent throughout his esteemed career. He had a passion for Damascus blade smithing, which reflected his admiration for craftmanship and atte
