Hazel Mae Husvar, affectionately known as "Cookie," left this world on February 21, 2025, at the Country Club Rehabilitation Campus in Bellaire. Born on September 21, 1947, in Wheeling, West Virginia, Hazel touched the lives of many with her warmth, kindness, and gentle spirit.Hazel was a talented crafter, finding joy in knitting, crocheting, and indulging in her love for old westerns. These hobbies not only served as her creative outlets but also as ways to connect with loved ones and share her passions. Her family meant everything to her, and she took immense pride in caring for her kitties and nurturing her relationships with those dear to her heart.Throughout her life, Hazel was surrounded by a devoted and loving family.
