Daniel Edward Brown, 86, of Beallsville, Ohio and formerly of Powhatan Point, Ohio passed away Thursday, February 27, 2025 in the Arbors at Woodsfield. He was born August 18, 1938 near Powhatan Point, a son of the late George and Dorothy Palmer Brown.
Daniel was a proud United States Army Veteran and a retired employee of the former Consol Coal #4 Mine. He loved to travel, enjoyed fishing, camping and working on his family farm; but his happiest memories were made spending time with family.
In addition to his parents, Daniel was preceded in death by his wife, Martha in 2011; daughters, Jane Smouse and Sharon Brown; a son, Larry Kisner, also an infant son; brothers, Roger Brown and Lester Brown.
