Donna Lee Beechy Slevin, 78, of Miltonsburg, Ohio, passed away at Wheeling Hospital on March 7, 2025. She was born on February 17, 1947 in Akron, Ohio to the late Paul Hartzer and Mabel Helen (Powers) Beechy.
Donna was proud to retire as a Truck Driver. She was Christian by faith and a member of the Batesville Methodist Church. She was a member of the Guardian Angels and the Senior Center in Woodsfield. She enjoyed cooking and watching cooking shows. She liked to crochet and play dominos and Bunco. She enjoyed dancing, reading, and gardening. She loved spending time with her family and friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Roger Johnson; sons-in-law, David McCleary, William Simmons; and former spouse and friend, Maynard Johnson.
Left to cherish her memory are two daughters, Tamelia "Tammy" Simmons of Martins Ferry, Melissa (Rob) McCleary of White House, TN; grandchildren, Chelce (James), Amber, Joshua (Lilly), Miranda, Antonia, Latasha, Savion, 17
