Norman A. Brutchey, 82, of Neffs, Ohio passed away at his residence on Thursday, February 27, 2025.
He was born October 18, 1942 a son of the late Raymond and Bertha Bolon.
Norman dedicated much of his life to the field of education, impacting countless lives through his work as a principal at numerous schools, including Rose Hill Elementary, Key Ridge Elementary, Neffs Elementary, and Bellaire Elementary. In addition to his leadership roles in education, he served as a respected member of the school board for the Bellaire School District, where his commitment to the community and the betterment of educational standards was unwavering.
He pursued higher education with diligence, earning a Master's Degree in Education from West Virginia University, reflecting his lifelong commitment to learning and teaching.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Norman was an active member of several local organizations. He was affiliated with the Neffs Rod and Gun Club, held the title of honorary m
